Notices
| Potential buyers and Owners are reminded that the number of rental units is limited by the CC&R's. The Rental Unit List currently contains 15 rentals, the limit is 17. See the formal list of Rental Units in the Owners Only Section. Owners with rentals should review the List to confirm their unit is listed and potential buyers should review the List if they are considering buying a unit for rental. When the limit is reached no other rentals will be allowed. The List is available through the Property Manager and a copy is included in the "Owners Only" list on this website for Owner's use. This is a place where owners can request their notices to other residents be posted. To post new notices, click the Site Administator's link below and request your notice be posted.
